Meeting in Naples

We have several news. All referred to Naples Meeting. I think that all people participant has correspondent docs, so, no more.

Project winner!
A note: We have received an invitation to particiapte, between 20 projects from Finland, Romania, italia, Portugal and Spain to encourage Comenius projects, with taking a video-DVD. This will be in Madrid from 20 to 22 April.

Several notes: delay in end of reception and others
As we don't have answer to sent of docs from some schools, don't have letters of agreement of several schools and we don't have data from the new Belgian School, I consider needed a little alongment in time to finish the process to change data. So, process will end on tuesday. Tuesday night I will send you another mail indicating modifications (if it's so).
Please, sent letters of acceptance via ordinary mail, but sent a copy via fax or .jpg (as I send you attached with this mail). A note: almost reception of data of PPG and GHS Happurg are lost. Ist convenable sent mails with confirmation to permit more security in documentation sensible. Posted by Antonio

We continue collecting data. Before this, Evelina, Serge and Judith have sent variation of data. Data sent by Judith in .shs format are difficult to open. Best is send docs in .rtf (rich text file) or .doc (document) format, or, alternatively (it seems me not so good solution), in .pdf to get data, not to cut and paste.

Summary (End of part A): Uniting in knowledge, United in Europe presents a way of understand Europe thru comparative knowledge, experiences and general life. Activities previewed are based in the realization of two meetings each year, one to coordination, avaliation and more detailed planification, and other, to meet students and teachers of different countries with two aims: shown work realized in each centre by/with/to/between students and realize a mid-year evaluation over development of the project. As preparation, in each centre, will be activities addressed to show in the meeting and also to the diffusion of the project and celebration of Comenius Week and another activities to encourage youngs and teachers to meet other european people and main activities of the project. First year, will be also two activities differenciated: the creation by the coordinators of the formularies of avaliation and the canalization of the project with the past projects that the centres associated are won. As historical basis, partners are collaborated in previous projects and won experience to drive best forms of participation between students thru differents countries in Europe, profiting these activities to create links and recognize differencies and similarities to enhance collaboration and friendship. C1. a) Enhance educational items thru Europe. b) Facilitate mutual knowledge between european people's. c)Enhance Union in Europe. Expected incidence of objectives is great because high participation previewed in each centre and compulsority of comparation between students and teachers participants, and, by the fact of realization of international 'Knowledge Fairs'(*), this incidence will grow inner each centre referencing other students, teachers, fathers and people around centres. * Note differencies between Knowledge Fairs (local level) and Euroshows (same idea but with international projection). C2. Are previewed a minimum of three kinds of activities: a1.Internal to the centres, encouragement to research or reproduce experiences or apparatus by students. a2.Coordination between teachers. a3.International contacts, organizating both meeting to programm the activities and to show the results of each centre. These three main activities will complete filling a lack observed in before projects: the lack in contact continous over the project and in previous knowing of people in other countries. After this, existes explicit aceptation of open-content to all area of educational activitiy and a like-quality system to improve results in Euroshows (international Knowledge Fairs). 2.1.Project activities (Three Years): Each year are previewed two meetings, one to coordination, avaliation and more detailed planification, about October/November. Other, about March/April to meet students and teachers of different countries, with two finalities: shown work realized in each centre by/with students (Euroshows) and realize a mid-year evaluation for development of the project. In each centre, will be activities addressed to the show in the second meeting of each year and also to the diffusion of the project and celebration of comenius week and another activities to encourage youngs and teachers to meet other european people and main activities of the project. First year, will be also two activities differenciated: the creation by the coordinators of the formularies of avaliation and the canalization of the project with the past projects that the centres associated are won. 2.2.Project activities (2005/2006): Two meetings are previewed, one to coordination, avaliation and more detailed planification, in October, to coordinators. Other, in March to meet students and teachers of different countries. Internal to the centres, celebration of the Comenius week and sessions of explanation of the project. Also each centre will have other activities. C3. Mainly, the 'Euroshows', building with the portions that are the individual projects presented in the 'Knowledge Fairs' of educational realizations in each centre. Subproducts will be available via internet, books, brochures, CD's, ... C4. Project will be evaluated inner the workgroup of coordinators in relation to entire project, and in each of centres in relation with their own work by the project team of the centre. Are contemplated several kinds of evaluation. First one, by meetings, talking about the development of the project, next to filling of formularies created to enhance introspection in teachers, students and coordinators. Second, by enqueries to fill in each centre (with a format standardarized) passed to another people related with project but non implied directly, and analizing after then the results. C5. Diffusion will be made thru: 1.Comenius week, with activities with two components of information, to the centre's activities and all project activities (this one, coordinated transnational) 2.Project expositions 2.1.National, participating only the centre organizating (Knowledge Fairs) 2.2.International, with participation of all partners (Euroshows) 3.Meetings to the press (also in national and international versions) 4.Scholar media of diffusion, addressed to the educational community 5.Webpage shown results of each centre and general of the project C6. Each centre can made particular election to solve particular problems, but, we have a minimum commun: 6.1.Extension of items of the project permit select idoneuos kinds of activities to special neccesities. 6.2.Equality between sexes is granted by the constituion of coordinators team. 6.3.&6.4.Interculturality and facilitation of people with unfavourable contour will be interiorized by convivence between students form different origin, country, schema of mind, familiar incomes, ... 6.5.Possibility of comparation of solution of problems relatives to disabled peoplein each centre can aid to solve same problems in other schools and then encourage participation of disabled people. 6.6.They have not previewed special measures to minorities, because in the project is previewed participation of schools in mediums of emigration and inmigration, and also with different composition of student body. C7. Each partner assume equal responsability in the preparation of main events of the project, the 'Euroshows', from a comon lines stablished to each event in the meeting before, having in mind the mainlines of the project. This signify that the part of the activities not-common are connected with the realization of the other schools by several causes, for instance, necesity of shown all works of all schools joint in Euroshows. C8. Is basic to the project internal communication, mostly e-mail and website based, used by coordinators and also by students. Coordinator school is experimenting other forms to facilitate communication, diffusion and others; in this way, is in study the use of a weblog (you can see experimetal weblog of project in http://uik_uie.pitas.com or the webpages realized by schools partners in http://www.tesna.it/sfte ) C9. Will be assured by participation in 'Euroshows' as end element of a chain that they will build. C10. --to fill each partner-- C14.
